Class Variety
We run a range of classes designed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep training interesting.
There’s something here for every level.
Group Fitness Sessions
In our group fitness classes we focus on strength training to build muscle and burn fat to help our members achieve the body they want. We do this through a variety of equipment (such as dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, bands, balls, etc.).
Semi-Private Sessions
In our semi-private program your workouts are written specifically for you with your history, body type, ability, and goals in mind. With no more than 2 people alongside you, you will get more focused attention from your coach at every workout.
Private Training
If you opt into private training that will always be one-on-one with your coach of choice with a workout specifically tailored to you and for you. This will be the highest level of focus, individuality, and attention we offer.
Leanagers
If you are someone who hasn’t worked out in a long time, or maybe not ever, and you are old enough to receive a Senior Citizen discount – this program is for you! All workouts are focused on strength training, mobility, and are easily modified to any fitness level.
