Find What You Love
What makes you happy? Is it dancing to your favorite songs, walking in the park, or playing catch? When you do things that you enjoy, it doesn’t even feel like exercise. So, think about what you love to do that gets you moving and start there.
Little Bits Count
You don’t have to exercise for a long time all at once. You can break it up into small parts throughout the day. Try dancing for a few minutes in the morning, taking a short walk at lunch, and stretching before bed. Every bit adds up to make you healthier.
